Commercial Terms of Agreement

Welcome to PC & Electronics. By accessing our platform, placing orders, or requesting B2B dealer access, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. B2B Dealer Registration & Ordering

  • Eligibility: Access to wholesale dealer pricing, digital price spreadsheets, and credit terms is restricted to verified systems integrators and registered retail businesses.
  • Quotations & Pricing: All price quotes, stock availability, and promotional trade discounts are subject to confirmation and validity periods stated on official invoices.

2. Product Warranty & Returns

  • Manufacturer Warranty: Imported CCTV cameras, NVRs, networking gear, and displays supplied by PC & Electronics carry manufacturer warranties as specified on product receipts.
  • RMA & Warranty Claims: Returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice and serial numbers intact. Physical damage, lightning spikes, or unauthorized tampering voids warranty.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All brand assets, logos, Tiandy/Dell/TP-Link brand collateral, downloadable datasheets, and code on this platform belong to PC & Electronics or their respective brand owners.
  • Dealers are granted a limited license to use marketing graphics solely for promoting authorized products bought through PC & Electronics.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • PC & Electronics shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages resulting from system downtime, network misconfigurations, or improper installation by third-party contractors.
  • Integrators are responsible for adhering to local installation safety codes and Sri Lankan telecommunications regulatory standards.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.
  • Any disputes arising from commercial transactions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the commercial courts of Colombo.
